1. Q: Are you insured? 
   A: Yes we are insured per state and federal DOT insurance requirements.
2. Q: Are you licensed properly? 
   A: Yes our vehicles are licensed with the correct license plate per passenger and weight class and are inspected annually with a state DOT inspector. Our drivers have the proper CDL with a passenger endorsement. We also comply with the DOT drug consortium program.
3. Q: How far do you travel? 
   A: We travel all of Wisconsin. There are travel fees for anything over 110 miles from our shop.
4. Q: How many hours do you require for rentals? 
   A: We have a 3 hour minimum rental for all events. We do offer a 1 or 2 hour rental for a child’s birthday. Airport shuttles may also be less than 3 hours
5. Q: When does my rental start? 
   A:The rental starts when the limousine/bus arrives to pick you up. For example, if you are scheduled for a 4 hour limousine rental from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm. The limousine will be there at 5:00 pm ready to pick you up. The rental ends at the time the driver drops you off at the desired drop off location at 9:00 pm.
6. Q: How soon should I make my reservation? 
   A: Reservations are booked on a first come first serve basis. If you know you need the vehicle on a specific date and time, DON’T WAIT! Go ahead and book the date with us to secure your reservation for your special day.
7. Q: Do you ever allow smoking in the vehicles? 
   A: No, smoking is never allowed
8. Q: Is alcohol allowed in the vehicles? 
   A: Yes, you may bring alcohol in the vehicles as long as you are 21 years of age.
9. Q: Do we provide services to Brewers, Badgers, Packers, concerts and any other events
   A: Yes.
10. Q: Is food allowed? 
    A: Yes, must be approved by the driver.
11. Q: Can we go above the capacity rating listed on the website? 
    A: No, each vehicle has a capacity that cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.
